Job Summary
Pediatric Occupational Therapist needed for a private-practice clinic serving Bergen County, NJ. Full-time position (32-40 hours/week) with evening shifts (at least 3 evenings until 6:30 PM); part-time options also available (3-7 PM). Caseload includes children ages 0-18 with sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, fine/gross motor delays, and self-regulation needs. 100% self-pay clients in a collaborative, family-centered team; opportunities for aquatic therapy and niche specialty development (feeding therapy, sensory integration, aquatherapy). Active or pending NJ OT license required along with a minimum of 3 years pediatric experience in a clinic, school, private practice, or home-health setting. Salary ranges typically $85k-$105k with full-time benefits (health insurance, 401K matching, PTO, paid sick time, CE stipend) and additional benefits; W2 employment. Emphasis on continuous education, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across ST and OT; strong referral base from families, schools, and physicians.
