Job Summary
Conduct individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy for children with developmental and sensory needs, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and self-care abilities. Deliver play-based interventions and implement sensory-integrative approaches to promote engagement and skill generalization. Perform evaluations to develop treatment plans targeting visual-motor integration and ADLs, while documenting care accurately in Raintree EMR. Partner closely with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including speech-language pathologists and physical therapists. Maintain a manageable caseload within a collaborative, clinician-led culture that supports clinical learning and peer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferred
