Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Deliver evidence-based services in home, daycare, and school environments, addressing functional skills such as fine motor development, sensory processing, coordination, and activities of daily living. Monitor patient progress to modify plans as needed and educate families on therapeutic techniques and home programs. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Join a supportive team with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling and a manageable caseload. Sign-on bonuses and a gradual ramp-up support new hires in this role across Greater Houston.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license by anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Previous experience supervising COTAs is preferred but not required
