Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social development. Educate families on carryover strategies and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while documenting care in an electronic medical record system. Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Requires an active Texas OT license, accredited program graduation, and current CPR certification. Full-time and part-time flexible scheduling available with comprehensive benefits including CEU and license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
