Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring; develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals; deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development; educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams; document care in an electronic medical record system; maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
