Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development. Educate families for carryover in daily routines, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and document care in an electronic medical record system while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
