Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, performing evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and social/emotional development while educating families for carryover. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
