Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to develop and execute individualized treatment plans. Deliver interventions targeting ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development while educating families for carryover. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
