Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development. Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Requires an active Texas OT license, accredited program graduation, and CPR certification. Full-time and part-time roles available across Texas service areas with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification

- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
