Job Summary
PDS is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time school-year position to deliver individualized OT services in a pediatric setting, conduct evaluations, develop therapy goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes. You will collaborate with families, care teams, and educators to support functional, motor, sensory, and self-care goals, aligning therapy with IEP plans and district resources. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule aligned with school hours, summers off with holidays, mentorship and ongoing CEUs, licensure reimbursement, and opportunities to specialize (e.g., bilingual services, AAC, early childhood) within a supportive team of pediatric OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other therapy professionals. Qualifications include a Master's or Doctorate in OT (OTR/L) and active licensure eligibility; pediatric experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
