Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Evaluate and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients within home health settings, conducting screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy to restore performance. Direct patients and caregivers in selected tasks while providing family training on goals, home programming, and discharge planning. Coordinate care with office staff and physicians, maintain records, and refer families to appropriate resources. Maintain supplies, participate in Quality Assurance programs, and mentor students and new hires. Serve as a backup service provider and present at public education functions. Requires a Master's degree, state licensure, and CPR certification, with a caseload managed based on lifestyle needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements

- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity
