Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Evaluate and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients within the home health setting, including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family training on home programming and discharge planning. Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines while consulting with physicians on progress and maintaining appropriate records. Maintain supplies and equipment, participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs, and present at public education functions. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, serve as a backup service provider for other caseloads, and mentor students and new hires. Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements

- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity
