Job Summary
Independent contractor Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy for children birth to three in home and clinical settings around the Maricopa City area. Work within a multidisciplinary core team to support the child and family, participate in meetings such as Core Team and Individual Family Service Plan meetings, and deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, park, etc.). Requires a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, licensure, and familiarity with AzEIP standards and policies; background clearance is required. Flexible schedule with possible evenings/weekends and travel to service areas; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Training and ongoing CEUs are expected to maintain credentialing. Independent contractors to be employed under contract with AzEIP-partnered services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist license/licensure
- Must possess a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AzEIP standards of practice within three years of start date
- pass background clearance
- valid professional conduct standards
- flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
- ability to travel to various settings (home, clinic, community)
