Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while providing direct therapy services in home settings. Monitor progress, modify plans as needed, and recommend adaptive equipment to families. Collaborate with parents and an interdisciplinary team to reinforce goals and ensure coordinated, holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
