Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while providing direct therapy services in home settings. Monitor progress, modify plans to ensure meaningful outcomes, and recommend adaptive equipment for daily routine integration. Collaborate closely with parents to reinforce goals and work as part of an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations and progress reports. Requires an active Texas OT license, Bachelor's degree, and one year Allied Health experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
