Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while providing direct therapy services in home settings. Monitor progress, modify plans to ensure meaningful outcomes, and recommend adaptive equipment with family training. Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care for children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license (OT/L) in Texas
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in Allied Health Services preferred
