Job Summary
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellow at Ivy Rehab for Kids in Park Ridge, IL, a full-time outpatient fellowship program. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Master’s Program
- Active OT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Fellowship start date
- Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date
- Membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency
- Commitment to completing all program requirements including independent study
- Commitment to taking the AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) exam at earliest eligibility
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program
- Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)
- Completion of all assessments, logs and forms
- Completion of Live Patient Examinations
- Passing of all required quizzes
- Satisfactory completion of required presentations
- Completion of 100 hours of 1:1 Mentorship
- Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during fellowship year
- Attendance and participation in all scheduled fellowship education events
- Satisfactory achievement of all fellowship core competencies
