Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy using a strengths-based, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach while collaborating with families, caregivers, and professionals. Deliver caregiver education and practical strategies to support carryover in daily life. This mobile position requires reliable transportation for travel throughout Palm Beach County and offers flexible scheduling for licensed Occupational Therapists with pediatric experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area

- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional mindset
- Compassionate, creative, and self-motivated clinician
- experience or interest in: Sensory processing and sensory regulation
- experience or interest in: Fine motor and visual motor development

- Supporting autistic and neurodivergent children
- Feeding experience is a plus, but not required
