Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with medically complex needs, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, feeding, and self-care routines. Provide direct occupational therapy services in home-based settings, assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities while recommending adaptive equipment. Monitor progress to modify plans and partner with parents to reinforce strategies in daily routines. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, family-centered care and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas
