Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with medically complex needs, providing direct occupational therapy services in home-based settings. Support skill development across fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, play, and self-care routines while monitoring progress to modify plans for meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and parents to reinforce strategies at home, recommend adaptive equipment, and maintain accurate documentation including evaluations and progress reports. This flexible PRN role offers per-visit compensation and access to extensive professional development resources within a supportive clinical leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed
