Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs, goals, and family priorities. Provide direct occupational therapy services in the home setting, supporting skill development across daily routines including self-care, play, fine motor, sensory, and motor planning. Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, recommend adaptive equipment, and train families on strategies for everyday life. Partner closely with parents to encourage carryover between visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. This PRN opportunity offers ready-to-go caseloads in Southeast Dallas with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed
