Job Summary

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with medically complex needs, providing direct occupational therapy services in home-based settings. Support skill development in fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, and self-care routines while monitoring progress and modifying plans to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partners closely with parents to reinforce therapy strategies and recommend adaptive equipment for daily integration. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. This flexible PRN role offers supportive leadership and access to extensive professional development resources for therapists seeking family-centered care without a full-time commitment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed
