Job Summary
Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy. Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders by providing in-home therapy services for children with diverse diagnoses. Engage with families to provide regular communication and updates on treatment goals while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and communicate treatment changes to the healthcare team. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies. Requires a valid Texas Occupational Therapy license, current BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
