Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services to pediatric patients during acute care hospitalization, evaluating functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans. Deliver targeted interventions to support recovery, independence, and safe discharge planning while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team. Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of children with diverse diagnoses within a fast-paced inpatient environment. Full-time day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Basic Life Support certification required upon submission; active licensure in New Mexico or compact licensure required prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care Occupational Therapy experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active licensure
- Current New Mexico or compact licensure
