Job Summary
Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style to empower caregivers with tools for their child's development. Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, and libraries. Use electronic documentation for each visit and complete weekly scheduled visits. This role offers flexible scheduling options including part-time and per diem arrangements with competitive pay up to $80 per visit. BAYADA provides dedicated office team support, paid orientation, and bi-annual continuing education reimbursement for this Early Intervention position.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
