Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy services under OT supervision, implementing treatment plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and overall development for children and young adults. Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and monitor patient progress. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options; clinical mentorship and opportunities for growth within a caregiver-centered home health setting; CEU and professional license reimbursement; strong emphasis on compassionate, high-quality care delivered in the home and community.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current CPR certification
