Job Summary
Pediatric Occupational Therapist needed to join the Early Intervention Team serving children from birth through age three in home, program, or community settings. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment using individual and group techniques; supervision of staff for assessments and interventions; administering and interpreting client assessment activities; functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team; service coordination; preparing reports and maintaining required documentation; sharing knowledge with families and staff; providing consultation, training, and in-services as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in OT (AOTA-approved) and MA licensure, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in birth-to-three pediatric OT, and Early Intervention certification with DPH. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a curriculum in Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children from birth to three years.
- Either be or become Early Intervention certified with DPH.
- 12% differential for Spanish bilingual (please indicate language skills in application!)
