Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children's physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, then develop and deliver customized therapy plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-care skills. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and team members to build individualized treatment plans, provide parent education with home-based strategies, and recommend adaptive tools to enhance daily function. Maintain accurate documentation aligned with pediatric therapy standards and engage in team meetings for multidisciplinary care planning. Operate Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at our growing pediatric clinics in West Bend and Mequon, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist
