Job Summary
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children aged birth to five. Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations in clinic, home, or preschool settings, while collecting data on IFSP/IEP goals and reporting progress quarterly. Maintain accurate billing logs, create schedules with families and school personnel, and provide input for CPSE/CSE meetings. Communicate regularly with lead supervisors and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support case management. Work flexible hours, 1-5 days per week, with options for fee-for-service or full-time salary including summer breaks.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License (new grads welcome pending licensure)
