Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric occupational therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure they carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Deliver best-in-class care while utilizing ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time. Maintain autonomy and growth within a multi-disciplinary environment that encourages mentorship and peer-to-peer learning. Support patient outcomes through reasonable caseloads and access to extensive continuing education resources, including residency programs and clinical career ladders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state
