Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric occupational therapy sessions for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Facilitate parent and caregiver attendance to ensure skills and home exercises are carried into daily life. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining autonomy, utilizing ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time. Deliver best-in-class care with reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans. Mentor students and participate in professional education planning through Ivy Rehab's Clinical Career Ladder and residency programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
