Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric occupational therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Facilitate parent and caregiver attendance during sessions to ensure skills and home exercises are carried into daily life. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining autonomy, utilizing ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time and focus on patient treatment. Mentor students and peers, and participate in clinical residencies and professional education planning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state
