Job Summary
Develop territory manager skills through strategizing, coaching, and training to drive sales and share growth in acute care hospitals, children's hospitals, and pediatric physician offices. Conduct field visits averaging 10 times annually, complete associated documentation, and manage district staff performance via evaluations and coaching. Handle recruitment and selection duties including sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining candidate pools. Drive business operations through SWOT analysis, contract management, resource allocation, and budgeting while communicating with the Regional Director. Manage financial and marketing resources for the district, including a 25% travel requirement for all sales meetings and field travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2/3 years sales leadership experience
- Hospital sales experience
- B-to-B Business sales
- Management experience, building and coaching a team
- Understanding of geography and business landscape
- Master ability in technical products sales
- Written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Demonstrated strength in training
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, decision making, teamwork, initiative, driving the business
- Ability to understand and implement field sales directives and management policies
- Ability to travel
- Mandatory for all sales meetings and district field travel (25%)
