Pediatric Nursing Clinical Instructor - Margate, FL

Pediatric Nursing Clinical Instructor needed to supervise and evaluate nursing students in pediatric clinical settings (inpatient pediatric units and pediatric clinics). Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and evaluating students; teaching best practices in pediatric nursing (growth and development, age-appropriate communication, family-centered care); ensuring compliance with pediatric safety standards and site policies; providing timely feedback and documenting student performance; collaborating with academic leadership to deliver pediatric clinical objectives; integrating evidence-based pediatric practices into instruction; participating in curriculum development and simulation/skills check-offs; serving as a liaison among ICHS, clinical sites, and students; on-site, evenings required; must reside within commuting distance of Margate, FL; on-site presence required; ability to work flexible evening hours. Qualifications include an active Florida or Compact RN license, BSN, minimum 4 years RN experience with pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, and proficiency with electronic documentation and MS Office.
