Job Summary
1:1 pediatric home health care for children ages 1–21 with medical complexities, providing care in the home setting in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Role supports RNs and LVNs with flexible scheduling across days, nights, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. Training and 24/7 support included; opportunity to grow in a supportive team while delivering meaningful one-on-one care to patients at home. Up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus offered. Responsibilities center on pediatric home health nursing across home visits, building real connections with families, and ensuring safe, quality care in the child’s home environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LVN license required
- Training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care provided
- Willingness to learn and work in pediatric home health care
- No prior pediatric home health experience required (training available)
