Job Summary
Provide pediatric primary care within a school-based health setting at Seaford Middle School. Responsible for evaluating, managing, and following up on students’ health care needs, delivering direct and indirect care in ambulatory/outpatient settings, and occasionally supporting telehealth. Requires MS in Nursing (PNP), Pediatric Primary Care NP Certification, at least three years of pediatric primary care experience, active Delaware (or compact) RN licensure and Delaware APN licensure with prescriptive authority, CSR if practicing in Delaware, DEA registration, and current AHA HCP certification. Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (PNP)
- Pediatric Primary Care NP Certification
- Three years of pediatric primary care experience
- Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure
- Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, with prescriptive authority
- Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) if practicing in Delaware
- Federal DEA registration with Office Address
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider (HCP) Certification
