Job Summary
The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Mary’s Center will provide comprehensive primary care services, coordinate patient transfers, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Responsibilities also include participating in team meetings, on-call rotations, and quality improvement initiatives. The role requires a Master of Science in Nursing, an active NP license, and board certification with a preference for three years of clinical experience, especially in community health settings. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Active NP license in the District of Columbia and Maryland
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- At least three (3) years of clinical nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a community health setting
- Experience in working with immigrant or economically-disadvantaged populations
- Bilingualism in Spanish and English
