Job Summary
Provide mentorship through careful planning, organization, and regular review of nursing training to maintain clinical standards. Deliver direct, highly skilled nursing care to complex clients transitioning from hospital to home care. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and ensure compliance through real-time charting. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and staff while demonstrating problem-solving skills in dynamic clinical environments. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments, onboarding checks, and care coordination. Uphold adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures and advocate for innovative approaches to expand pediatric nursing services. Requires current Texas nursing license, minimum two years pediatric experience, travel flexibility, and proficiency in EMR systems. Full-time role with comprehensive health benefits and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license (RN or LVN) to practice in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing
- Demonstrated flexibility with travel to a variety of field sites and client homes to perform training, onboarding, and assessment activities
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and MS Office Suite
- Current CPR Certification
