Job Summary
Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose and provide one-to-one care for complex pediatric cases, including trach and vent patients. Perform assessments, monitor conditions, execute and document doctors' orders, and evaluate client progress. Cover critical STAT openings on weekends with premium pay, while participating in specialized training and utilizing award-winning simulation labs. Enjoy flexible scheduling with no minimums and access to around-the-clock clinical support via phone.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- LPN experience
- pediatric trach experience
- pediatric vent experience
- experience with complex pediatric cases
- experience covering critical STAT openings on weekends
- experience with traditional shift types (8's, 10's, or 12's)
- Hands-on care capability
- Ability to build client relationships
- Ability to monitor clients' conditions
- Ability to document observations, interventions, and evaluation
- Ability to follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Ability to perform assessments
- Electronic charting using Statewise
- Ability to travel to one client home near you
- Ability to work flexible schedules with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
- Ability to work STAT weekends
- Ability to work Camden County
