Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients, involving assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care with an emphasis on a collaborative care plan, interdisciplinary teamwork, accurate documentation, and adherence to licensure and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status; developing individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement; directing care delivery through coordination with an interdisciplinary team; and evaluating patient responses to interventions to revise plans as needed. Skills highlighted include patient care delivery, nursing fundamentals, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, professional etiquette, accountability, patient care coordination, communication, critical thinking, and effective care planning. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

- Frequent interactions with patients and teams; ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
