Pediatric Nurse, FT, Nights

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients, involving assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care with an emphasis on a collaborative care plan, interdisciplinary teamwork, accurate documentation, and adherence to licensure and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of physical, social, and psychological status; developing individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement; directing care delivery through coordination with an interdisciplinary team; and evaluating patient responses to interventions to revise plans as needed.
