Job Summary
Pediatric Neurologists sought to diagnose and treat neurological disorders in children and adolescents; duties include conducting thorough neurological examinations and providing comprehensive care for disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles; collaborate closely with young patients and their families to manage conditions and optimize neurodevelopment; requires an M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent, plus completion of pediatrics residency and child neurology residency, and a valid Pennsylvania medical license; positions located at multiple sites across Dauphin, Franklin, Adams, Cumberland Counties, PA, under University of Pittsburgh Physicians in Pittsburgh area.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) or foreign degree equivalent
- Completion of two years' residency training in Pediatrics
- Completion of three years' residency training in Child Neurology
- Valid unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (allopathic or osteopathic)
