Job Summary
Pediatric Neurologist sought to join a tri-partnership academic practice in Wilmington, NC, as a full-time clinical faculty member. The role involves practice with two other pediatric neurologists, EEG interpretation, and development/participation in clinical activities across outreach locations in Southeastern NC. Opportunities exist for teaching medical students, health-profession students, and residents, with potential research engagements. Training in sleep medicine or epilepsy is preferred but not required. The position is open rank on a fixed-term track with the possibility of part-time work and is onsite with a typical day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- board certified or eligible in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology
- EEG interpretation proficiency
- clinical faculty role in pediatric neurology
- ability to practice in Wilmington, NC and surrounding Southeastern NC locations
- full-time position with potential part-time option
- experience in education of students and residents (teaching/education opportunities)
