Job Summary
Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN responsible for delivering advanced pediatric and neonatal critical care in ground transport across Lee, Collier, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. Provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and interventions in high-acuity situations, collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and EMS teams, and serve as clinical leader, educator, and patient advocate. Practice aligns with ANA standards and the Florida Nurse Practice Act; role emphasizes life-saving care on the move, with opportunities for education and professional growth and a $10,000 relocation package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
- Associates or Bachelor's preferred
- Current Florida RN license
- American Heart Association BLS (required for units)
- ACLS as required by department
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Certification in specialty area preferred
