Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social needs. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and parent-focused sessions while supporting youth with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers to create comprehensive care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and educate families on strategies for emotional regulation and resilience. Participate in community outreach initiatives and contribute to the multidisciplinary team focused on whole-person wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Active state licensure (LPC, LPC-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate, LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent, depending on state requirements)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Desired Qualifications
- Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for youth populations preferred
