Job Summary
Provide pediatric home healthcare support for teenagers, managing feeding tubes and medication administration with a focus on compassionate care. Perform daily clinical tasks including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and patient education within the home setting. Maintain accurate electronic documentation using company tablets and ensure strict compliance with all state-specific licensing and safety protocols. Work Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with full-time, part-time, or PRN flexibility available. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
