Job Summary
Provide high-acuity pediatric homecare on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday night shifts (7pm-7am). Manage patients with complex needs including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet and ensure safe patient outcomes in the Cliffton, TX area. Requires an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

- Reliable transportation
