Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care as an LPN/LVN, delivering compassionate pediatric and adult patient care in patients’ homes. Maintain an active license, CPR certification, and TB testing; perform electronic documentation via tablet; participate in flexible scheduling (including days, nights, weekends) with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Requires reliable transportation and a commitment to high-quality clinical outcomes. Training and support are available, with typical homecare responsibilities and patient-focused nursing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
