Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for pediatric and general homecare. Provide direct patient care in patients' homes with a focus on delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. Works with a team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care; uses a tablet for electronic documentation; flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends; participates in training and career development; opportunities for skill advancement and paid training; supports from local operators and clinicians; potential for weekly/daily pay; EOE. Positions available in Fort Worth and Saginaw, TX, with various shifts and patient assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
