Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for Aveanna’s private duty in-home care in the Rockport, TX area. The role supports pediatric and adult homehealth patients, collaborating with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Package includes health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with days, nights, and weekend shifts, 24/7 local support, electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient’s home, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
