Job Summary
Provide hands-on nursing care to medically fragile, technology-dependent pediatric patients in collaboration with a pediatric care team. Administer medications, respiratory treatments, and G-tube feedings; assist RNs in implementing and adjusting care protocols; monitor and document vital signs and developmental progress; respond to changes in condition and communicate observations to physicians; educate and support families on home care routines and disease management; maintain a clean, safe environment; assist with transportation as Medical Escort during morning and afternoon routes; participate in trainings and team huddles; support interdisciplinary goals with therapists, social workers, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current state licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification
